We at CrossFit VU are committed to training as CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. CrossFit is also a community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective. We will prepare you for the known and most importantly the unknown. We will help you achieve your fitness goals threw positive motivation, professional coaching and increasing intensity after a solid understanding of the movements are achieved.
