Metcon (No Measure)
Every 90 seconds for 18 minutes (3 Rounds), Alternate through the following movements:
Z-Press (Barbell, DB, KB) x 8-10 Reps
Turkish Get Ups x 1 Rep each side
Rope Climbs x 1-2 ascents
Single Leg Squats x 5-6 Reps each side
Z-Press will come from the rack if using a barbell.
