Now we start to get a little heavier for the last 3 weeks. Continue to develop those squats if you are new and the weight will come. Mechanics over heavy loads is always best.

Back Squat (5-3-2-5-3-2-5-3-2)

5’s and 3’s can be similar to the last BS day we had. try to go a little heavier if possible.

Core cash out

Be sure to hit the core post wod. Lifting without doing core accessory will lead to back injuries. MOB and Core may need to be done on your own.

3 RDS:

-20-30 reps of deadbugs

-10-15 reps of Reverse crunches

-15-25 sit ups
