Build to a heavy set of 5. Not a maximal load.
Metcon (No Measure)
Walking Lunges x 20 (use 2 KB’s – 1 in front rack position & the other in overhead position; 10 w/one arm up – 10 w/opposite arm up)
Strict T2B x 10
Single Leg Box Jumps x 3 each leg – 20″ (start on stacked plates in needed)
