Every new CrossFitter begins in our Foundations course. You’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts.
Our main program and the foundation for our fitness community, CrossFit consists of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. We use a number of fitness elements to improve all aspects of your health and fitness to get in the best shape of your life. Your strength, stamina, speed, balance, coordination and flexibility will all improve substantially once you begin our CrossFit program.
Our CrossFit classes consist of a Workout of the Day (WOD), where you’ll join your fellow classmates in exercises that change daily. You’ll never get bored with our CrossFit program, as each day’s activity provides something new and exciting. Classes are intentionally capped to prevent group sizes from becoming too large. This isn’t a “normal” gym where you’re only a number or a face in the crowd. Our CrossFit classes focus on creating a welcoming environment where you’ll receive personalized attention from our trainers and participate alongside other members cheering you on to be your best.
In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit VU offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight. Our personal training program is offered in 1-on-1, 2-on-1, or small group sessions.

Love to WOD but are unable to make it to consistent classes? Maybe you’ve spied what great programming we have but live afar? Either way we’ve got you covered with our Remote Coaching Program. We have many years experience writing programs for all types of athletes. We here to write you a customized program to help you crush your goals! We will also stay in contact with you after each workout, as well as review video footage to help perfect your movement patterns and technique. You will be PR’ing in NO time!

Every Saturday morning we invite you to bring a friend to try out CrossFit VU for Free! This is always a great opportunity for a partner workout and to start your weekend off right! Everyone in the community is welcome every Saturday to just come an enjoy a good sweat session.
