Personal Training / Private Coaching
Working 1-on-1 with an experienced coach is always going to be the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level. Our Coaches will track your specific data to show you steady progress over the course of your program. Our recommendation is that you take advantage of at least 1 Personal Training session per week in along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results. It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and Group Nutrition Services.
In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. Included in your membership is a free Open Gym session from 10am-noon on Saturday. We offer an additional 20 hours of staffed Open Gym time throughout the week for you to make up a workout, work on some skills, or get some additional programming from a coach on site.
You can add Open Gym onto your unlimited group membership for $xx/month or onto your 2 day/week membership for $xx. Open Gym is free with the purchase of a Specialty Class.
Our Barbell Club is a highly specialized program designed for the improvement and advancement of specific movements like the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.
Led by Coach xxx, this 6-week supplemental program will take your lifts to the next level – with both strength gains and improvements in technical efficiency.
Specialty Courses are a chance for you to, well, get specific and focus in on a certain type of activity or skill. Examples of our Specialty Course lineup are: Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Strength, Buns n’ Guns, Endurance, and many more! We run 6-week Specialty Courses throughout the year and all Specialty Courses are included in Unlimited Classes and limited to 15 athletes.
As a member, you will receive notification of new Specialty Courses via a newsletter two weeks before the courses launch.
Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6.
