Warm-up

Get on a bike or rower and get warm… get your gear on and be ready to warm up with the coaches.

Weightlifting

Power Snatch (5 x 3)

Every 3 minutes for 5 sets complete 3 reps.

Snatch Balance (4 x 3)

Every 3 minutes for 4 sets complete 3 reps.

Overhead Squat (4 x 3)

Every 3 minutes for 4 sets complete 4 reps. These will come from the rack.

Mobility

Stretch and foam roll after lifting.
