Warm-up

No time to waste today. Start getting warm on a bike as you come in… foam roll and get your gear on (lifters, knee sleeves, etc…)

Weightlifting

Hang Power Snatch (5 x 3)

Every 3 minutes for 5 sets complete 3 reps.

Snatch Pull (4 x 3)

Every 2 Minutes for 4 sets complete 3 reps.

Front Squat (5 x 3)

Every 3 minutes for 5 sets complete 3 reps.

Mobility

Please stay after if you have time to do some much needed mobility and foam rolling.
