ROMWOD will run over to the next class. stick around if possible. ROMWOD time will last between 15-20mins. One coach can help with ROMWOD while the other gets the next class started.
Back Squat (5-5-5-5-5)
30-45mins to squat
2-3mins rest between working sets.
