Bio

Fallon Rudisill specializes in weightlifting, relating to people, and seeing them at their level and guiding them from there. She absolutely loves to empower people to tap into their strengths. “I love weightlifting, and I especially love to teach women weightlifting or fine tune them,” she says. “I also love helping pregnant and postpartum women CrossFit, as it made my pregnancy and postpartum journey so much healthier and easier!”

Fallon grew up dancing and playing a variety of sports, and appreciates seeing members work hard, sweat and let go of their stress for just an hour each day. “I love when I’m coaching and a member digs deeper, proving to themselves that they can go harder than they thought or get that PR,” she says. “I love when someone is able to see how great they can be!”

CrossFit seemed a natural extension for Fallon given her healthy lifstyle, and she wants people to know that she’ll always do whatever she can to help guide you. “I will give you all the tools that I have, but ultimately you have to decide what you want for yourself and do it.” She also enjoys short walks and long layouts on the beach, snowboarding, a nice cold beer from time to time or a great pinot noir and dark chocolate—and her fiancé, daughter, and dogs bring her more joy than she could ever put into words
